2. Service Interruptions: If a session is interrupted due to technological issues on our end, we will offer either a full refund or the option to reschedule the service at your convenience.
3. No-Show Policy: If you fail to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice (less than 24 hours), no refund will be issued, and rescheduling may not be available.
4. Processing Time for Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of the cancellation or service interruption.
